Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Please contact care@mencitysports.com as soon as possible to request a change or cancellation. Changes to items already in production or dispatched may not be possible. For cancellations and returns, please refer to our return policy.

How long does UK delivery take?
UK delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after processing. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing, with extra production time for made-to-order clothing.
Do you offer free UK delivery?
Yes, we offer free UK delivery on orders over £100. UK delivery costs £3.99 for other orders.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its delivery.
What is your return policy?
For UK orders, email care@mencitysports.com within 14 days of receiving your item to request a return, then send it back within a further 14 days. Items should be unworn and unwashed, and you cover change-of-mind return postage. Standard sizes and colours are eligible, but personalised items are excluded from change-of-mind returns. For international return enquiries, please contact us. See our return policy for full details.
What happens if I receive a faulty or misprinted item?
Email care@mencitysports.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the fault or misprint. We’ll offer a replacement or a full refund, with no return postage cost to you. Your statutory rights continue after 30 days.
